All The Goods Spice Mix

It’s salty, peppery, garlicky, herby. It’s amazing on anything you put it on: chicken, veggies, pizza, letting some soak in EVOO for a salad dressing, or for bread dipping!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 teaspoon salt (I use Himalayan salt)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Mix it all together in a small air tight container and keep on hand for whatever you’re craving! This is what I use on my chicken for chicken and risotto dinner.

Remember: Use more of what you love and less of what you can do without!

Try subbing in smoked paprika, add some red crushed peppers, garlic pepper, marjoram, as just a few ideas! This is just a good starting point.

If you really enjoy this, double or triple for your stash.

Let me know thoughts or how you ended up making yours!

  1. I enjoy a good spice mix. This might be nice on roasted potatoes. 🙂 – Kristin
