I tried that whipped coffee thing when it had it’s shining moment a few weeks ago. We have instant espresso powder that I use for baking, so that’s what we used, I felt a weird intuition that PB would taste great in this…and it does!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons instant espresso powder (I like the one found in the baking aisle)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar (or to preference)
- 2 Tablespoons hot water
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- Milk of your choice
Method
In a small bowl, combine the espresso powder, sugar if using, hot water, and peanut butter. Whisk together until smooth. Having a protein shaker here is a great way to incorporate in the milk. Place at least 2 tablespoons of the mixture and a cup of milk into the shaker, and shake it up till mixed. Pour over ice and enjoy!
